Saguaro Technology's objective is to provide flexible, high-quality development resources to complement its customers' R & D teams. Saguaro teams assume responsibility for complete projects or complement customer's project resources. The Company is not designed to operate as a "job shop" taking short-term assignments on an "on-demand" basis. Its services are best suited to technology companies that contemplate ongoing requirements for significant project work and require the skills, flexibility, convenience and economic advantages that Saguaro can deliver. Saguaro Technology provides an alternative to infrastructure expansion and permanent additions to payroll and benefits, while, at the same time, makes available very highly skilled and dedicated development services with a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations.
As a result of Saguaro Technology's very close collaboration with such technology giants as IBM and Ricoh, we have implemented extremely proficient software development processes and techniques. The processes are comprehensively documented from an ISO 9001:2008 standard perspective and are closely monitored on an ongoing basis to continually optimize our development techniques and to adapt them to the latest industry trends.

A typical project might include Saguaro Technology developing software for integration by a customer into a specific product or family of products. The parties, at the outset, agree to specifications, test plans, schedules and other pertinent project documentation. The applicable documents are reviewed and signed off by each party prior to commencing work. Responsibility for securing all identified tools, equipment and software necessary for the proper performance of the project are also defined and agreed in advance.
The Saguaro Technology project team reviews status and progress with its customer relative to the agreed project plan milestones and specifications as required, typically weekly. Saguaro Tech firmly believes that the best results are achieved when there is a high degree of customer collaboration both in the planning stage and during project execution. Potential issues are surfaced and resolved at an earlier stage. Moreover, a full and current awareness of project status and of evolving product and customer considerations shortens the decision cycles, yields better decisions, and makes the entire process more efficient.
Project deliverables are tested and performance verified by Saguaro Technology in accordance with test plans and procedures mutually agreed with the customer in advance prior to delivery.
Enhancements to the deliverables, future upgrades and maintenance support are provided as mutually agreed by the parties. No work, equipment, travel or other expenses are ever charged to the customer unless the customer has provided written authorization in advance.
Since each Saguaro team assigned to a specific customer is a devoted extension of the applicable customer's development team, Saguaro is flexible when a customer's priorities might change and resources might be need to be shifted to a higher priority undertaking.
