Agile Development Process Enhances Productivity and Increases Customer Value
January 23, 2012. Timisoara Romania: Saguaro Technology has successfully completed its first year of utilizing the Agile software development process. By applying the Agile methods, Saguaro delivered four releases of a large scale enterprise project along with numerous releases of small and mid-scale programs. As a result of implementing the Agile methodology, Saguaro was able to further optimize its internal processes and enhance its project management techniques. Saguaro improved the value it provided to its customers by delivering more function and an increased number of releases with no additional resources. The 3D Science in Motion mission is to advance the development of scientific knowledge by providing software tools and solutions that aid in the understanding of scientific information and developments. Saguaro presents awards to top computer science students
Saguaro continues to support students in the Faculty of Computer Science from Politehnica University of Timisoara. At the commencement of the 2011 school year, Saguaro Technology presented awards to two student leaders of the 3rd year class. Politehnica University of Timisoara is one of the largest and well known technical universities in Central and Eastern Europe. Founded in 1920, over 100,000 engineers graduated the University. Politehnica University is made up of ten colleges and four independent departments. With teaching faculty of 850, the University currently has over 15,000 students. Saguaro sponsored the 13th International Symposium on Symbolic and Numeric Algorithms for Scientific Computing
Saguaro Technology Inc. is proud to have been a sponsor of the 13th edition of the SYNASC Symposium which was organized this year by the Computer Science Department of West University, Timisoara together with the Research Institute for Symbolic Computation of Johannes Kepler University Linz, Austria and the research Institute e-Austria.
Over 150 participants from around the world attended the event including representatives from Albania, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary and Romania.

Dartmouth College Fellowship (Hanover, New Hampshire)
Saguaro Technology Inc. has established an Engineering Fellowship at Dartmouth College to encourage students to pursue graduate studies and academic careers in the United States. Dr. Jaime Mazilu, who completed her undergraduate work in Bioengineering at Dartmouth, represented Saguaro Technology at the presentation of the fourth Mazilu Engineering Research Fellowship on May 15th. "It is critical to the future viability of the United States economy and well being that we significantly expand science and engineering skills." stated Doina Mazilu, Saguaro Technology founder and CEO.
