IBM was Saguaro Tech's first customer and strategic business partner, agreeing in 2004 to a substantial, multi-year extension of the companies' relationship. Under the terms of the agreement, dedicated development services have been provided to IBM by Saguaro Tech's wholly-owned Romanian subsidiary, Saguaro Print S.R.L. With the formation in 2007 of InfoPrint Solutions Company, LLC, a joint venture between IBM and Ricoh Co., Ltd., Saguaro Tech is continuing to supply these same services to the joint venture company.

bluedoorway turned to Saguaro Tech to partner in developing its innovative local area search service, with enhanced search visibility for local businesses and added convenience features for users. Work is being performed by Saguaro's wholly-owned SaguaroNet, S.R.L. subsidiary under terms of a deal inked in 2009. |

Saguaro Tech's SaguaroNet subsidiary provides Crossing Automation with software engineering services under the terms of the parties' 2009 agreement. |

PEER Group is a global supplier of equipment automation software solutions to the semiconductor, photovoltaic, electronics and life sciences industries. Saguaro is an integral part of PEER Group's development team for existing and next generation products. |
