It Began with IBM. When Saguaro Technology opened its doors in 1999, IBM became its first customer and a strategic business partner. Universally known for its unwavering commitment to quality and reliability, IBM can demand no less from its suppliers. So five years later, in 2004, when IBM agreed to a substantial, multi-year extension of the companies' relationship, it was clear that Saguaro was meeting the challenge.
In 2006, IBM went a step further. It presented Saguaro Tech with IBM's prestigious Key Supplier Award. This award is given only to the best of the best, recognizing supplier excellence in four critical performance measures: Quality, Delivery of Superior Products and Services, Total Customer Satisfaction and Exceeding Customer Requirements. These remain the hallmarks of Saguaro Tech's success.
Under the terms of its earlier agreements, dedicated development services were provided to IBM by Saguaro Tech's wholly owned Romanian subsidiary, Saguaro Print S.R.L. In 2007, InfoPrint Solutions Company, LLC, was formed as a joint venture between IBM and Ricoh Co., Ltd. Saguaro Tech supplied the same services to the new company, now wholly owned by Ricoh, and continues to do so today.
bluedoorway turned to Saguaro Tech to partner in developing its innovative local area search service, with enhanced search visibility for local businesses and added convenience features for users. Work is being performed by Saguaro's wholly-owned SaguaroNet, S.R.L. subsidiary under terms of a deal inked in 2009.
Crossing Automation prides itself in being a leading supplier of wafer automation systems, equipment, including atmospheric and vacuum products, and engineering services to the process equipment industry. Saguaro Tech's SaguaroNet subsidiary provides Crossing Automation with software engineering services under the terms of the parties' 2009 agreement.
PEER Group joined Saguaro Tech's growing list of customers in September of 2009. PEER Group is a global supplier of equipment automation software solutions to the semiconductor, photovoltaic, electronics and life sciences industries. Saguaro is an integral part of PEER Group's development team for existing and next generation products.
