Saguaro Technology was founded as a result of discussions with IBM. When the company opened its doors in 1999, IBM became its first customer. Universally known for its unwavering commitment to quality and reliability, IBM expected no less from Saguaro Technology and Saguaro delivered. IBM continued to assign additional and more complex projects to Saguaro. To meet this demand, Saguaro has continually added to its initial six person team. In 2004, IBM agreed to a substantial, multi year extension of the companies' relationship confirming that Saguaro exceeded IBM expectations and successfully fulfilled every challenge. In 2006, IBM went a step further. It presented Saguaro Technology with IBM's prestigious Key Supplier Award. This award is given only to the best of the best and recognizes supplier superior performance in four critical measurement areas: • Quality

In 2007, IBM transferred its Printing Systems Division, Saguaro's primary customer, into a joint venture with Ricoh Corporation. The joint venture was named InfoPrint Solutions. Saguaro continued to provide software development and support to InfoPrint Solutions and the breath and scope of Saguaro's role continued to grow. In 2010, InfoPrint Solutions became a wholly owned subsidiary of Ricoh Corporation. Saguaro's project portfolio was expanded to not only include development services associated with the original IBM Printing Systems Division but also Ricoh's corporate development projects. www.infoprint.com
Crossing Automation is a leading designer and manufacturer of fab and tool automation products used by today's foremost semiconductor device and equipment companies, and is leveraging its technology to serve the emerging HB-LED and solar markets. Saguaro Tech's SaguaroNet subsidiary provides Crossing Automation with software engineering services under the terms of the parties' 2009 agreement.www.crossinginc.com
The 3D Science in Motion mission is to advance the development of scientific knowledge by providing software tools and solutions that aid in the understanding of scientific information and developments. The company's initial focus is in the area of molecular and cellular biology.
Saguaro Technology developed 3D Science in Motion's initial product offering, BioAnimator. This offering is an efficient presentation development tool intended for molecular and cellular biology students, professors and researchers for illustrating domain specific biological processes. The BioAnimator software provides a user with the capability to develop customized 3D content with animation that can be embedded into scientific presentations and lectures.
